博士（政策・メディア）（慶應義塾大学）。専門は組織心理学、キャリア心理学、異文化マネジメント。慶應義塾大学大学院政策・メディア研究科特任助教、東京経済大学コミュニケーション学部専任講師を経て、2018年4月より准教授。慶応大学と上智大学大学院でも非常勤講師。一般社団法人グローバルタレントデベロップメント協議会代表理事。人材育成学会常任理事。

現在の主な研究テーマは「異文化マネジメント研究とエンプロイー・ボイス研究の統合的検討 」（科研費基盤研究(C)採択）。人材育成学会奨励賞（研究部門）受賞、キャリアコンサルティング２級技能士（国家資格）、慶應義塾大学ビジネス・スクール ケースメソッド授業法研究普及室認定ケースメソッド・インストラクター、MBTI認定ユーザー（Japan-APT正会員）。人事関連専門メディア『WEB労政時報』『企業と人材』などに寄稿実績。

Kenta Koyama is an Associate Professor of Cross-cultural management at Tokyo Keizai University. He also teaches several courses at Keio University and Sophia University as a part-time lecturer. He is the chairperson of Association for International Talent Development in Japanese Corporations.
His current research topic is "Cross-Cultural Management and Employee Voice: Integrated Research Perspectives", which is financially supported by the National Research Grant. 

He received the Shourei-shou research award from the Japanese Academy of Human Resource Development. He is registered as a Career Consultant (National Qualification) and a MBTI Qualified User (Japan-APT member), and completed the Basic Module of CASE METHOD TEACHING AND DISCUSSION LEADERSHIP at KEIO Business School.
